Purpose and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
- The information we request in the user creation form, such as your name, surname, and email address, will allow us to create and manage your account for course registration and certificate issuance. Any additional information you voluntarily provide to complete your account setup will enable you to be visible in the courses.
- Sending information: URJCx may send you information about courses via the email address you provided, if you have consented to this. In any case, your personal data will be processed with your consent, given when you created your account.
Data Retention Period
Your data will be stored for as long as you keep your profile active, which you can delete at any time.
Data Recipients
We do not share your personal data. Only if you choose the option to obtain a certificate will you need to provide your specific payment details in order for us to process it.
Exercising your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, portability, opposition and others recognized by the aforementioned regulations, by sending your request to the data controller, Rey Juan Carlos University, C/ Tulipán s/n, 28933-Móstoles, by registration, at its electronic headquarters or by requesting assistance at protecciondedatos@urjc.es, as well as file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe that your rights have not been properly addressed.
